Hello, in this video I will be showcasing how to install an Aftermarket radio into your car. I've wanted to replace my old radio with a newer one for awhile now, so I thought to make a video on how to do it to help any of yous who wish to replace your own radio's to show how simple replacing it actually is. It may also help you save money so you don't have to get someone else to do it for you.

Just bought myself a MK5 the other day, as soon as I saw the stereo I knew it needed changing. Thats for this, saves me paying to get it done!

There was no tutorial here. We didn’t watch you install anything. U literally cut from having the first radio in to the second one already being in. Zero instruction on what to do with the million new wires it comes with

Smart looking unit. Have you a link for that unit buddy please ? Does it simply plug into existing loom or do you need an adapter loom ? Thanks

Hi did you disconect the red and orange cables before installing the unit and by doing that did you had any issues with the unit so far Cheers

There is a red and orange wire at the back mate u need to cut it for it to go off when u turn the ignition off,

GUYS HELP, my new stereo is great EXCEPT Steering wheel vol +/- wont work, i have tried everything!!. Updated Protocol Settings in Factory Settings...!! Any ideas?

Where in NI are you? I'm county down......you need to unplug a black connection on back else you are going to get battery drain issues as your unit is staying on with ignition off....see my channel for install videos and I have highlighted the plug 👍
