Hello friends! In today's video, I wanted to show you how to install an exposed zipper, I wanted to make this little video of "quick tutorials" because not everything needs a 15 minute video haha! Hope this helps :))

That was so easy! Pattern instructions are ridiculous for installing an exposed zip. They never come out tidy, cut the slot, fold it all under, wobble the zip all over the place. You need 3 hands and a magic wand. Comes out looking like a blind person did it. This is perfect! 🤩

Yeah this is an exposed zipper and I struggled to do a lapped zipper and move the zipper out the way and also make sure I was actually catching the fabric. This was just so easy!

This is by far the best and easiest zipper instructional video here on RU-vid. I had to add zippers down the sides of some Adidas track pants and didn’t know how to go about doing so. What do you do with the tail of the top of the zipper? When I trim it, looks ugly should I just sew all the way to the top of the zipper to hide the tail?
