Can you please tell me what the wiring configuration on the starter is. Where do the two ring wires and the crank signal wire go? This is going on 2004 5.3L LS1. Thank you.
@@Gomosojo I looked. I will post a pic if I can. The 2 ring terminal goes on the same post (large) as the battery cable. The crank signal wire goes on the smaller post above.
The starter is grounded to the block with the starter mounting bolts. The starter needs 3 connections. The battery, the two ring terminal from the ECU and the signal crank wire from your key switch.
I did a gen 4 ls swap on a c10. 2007 6.2 and 2010 6l80. I got my ecm and tcm working but for somw reason i keep getting a lost com with bcm on my code reader from trans will this cause a no ignition power on the trans? ( i dont have a code for that but jw? )
Connect check engine light signal wire to the ground side of any automotive light bulb (we recommend not using an Led bulb). Hook the other side up to 12V power.
We recommend that u you use at least 14 to 12 awg for fuel pumps. You may be able to get away with 16awg depends on your setup, but I'd say go alittle bigger. We hope this helped you.
These guys make a fantastic harness but this video really doesn’t help much. It’s been over a year I really hope they’ve posted a better and more informative video to help people who don’t do this everyday
