Try to reinstall the game files, the pink squares mean that some files are corrupted

The sleeves/gloves are actually included in some skins, as far as I know there is no way to separately install them

The gloves themselves aren't changeable, but instead they can come with skins that you can download. Basically, you can search for skins with gloves out there
