hello, they are the best maintenance tutorials seen on the net, I have a question, after changing the damper for black, just turn on and print or you need to use the epson Adjustement program, thanks for the answer. Greetings from Italy.
Great video - one question, I have PK ink blobs on paper (fine for MK ink) so I guess it's the MK/PK damper problem. Which damper needs to be replaced? Thanks
@@AnthonyCreekTV great and thanks thats what i thought as wall cant do ink charge cause asked for original cartridges but with head cleaning thought gonna do it itself .. thanks once again Anthony
Hi, I still have a question for you, epson 3880, can you tell me why it doesn't print at 2800ppi, only a large soft and clear halo comes out, instead at 1440 the image is defined, but rather clear. test print is ok. Thanks for the reply, Merry Christmas from Italy.
You mention that it is easier to replace the entire ink system assembly. I need to do this as the ink selector switch has failed. Could you please do an instructional video on this? Also, you mention to flush the system every two months to prevent problems. Can you do a video on that too please? Thank so much!
Hi Anthony: your fix it yourself video and advice on Epson 3800 and 3880 dampers is awesome and will save me big bucks. I have a question? I am in the process of re-assembling my 3880 after cleaning the printhead. What I want to know is; do I need to make a "Space Making Jig," to make sure all lines are in alignment in the printhead and IC cable as I reassemble? Thanks for your indulging me on this question. OM
great vid,,, can you tell me if the 600 and 3880 interchangeable with the R3000? I can't find these parts for the 3000 but there are plenty out there for the other two modles..
You're going to have to probably inspect your head cables or any me thing that might be on the head area itself. Any ink on the cables or on the head port where the cables get inserted will cause a problem
I think you nailed my problem. Using a cleaner on the caps , one allows the fluid to pass thru and one does not. The cleaning fluid just sits until it evaporates away. I have the removal of all of the covers down to a science, so this should be no problem. Thank you for the explanation
Hi, I have an Epson R3000 and after carefully changing the dumpers the printer does not start, the ink and power lights come on and they remain blinking
