man your tutorials are by far the best for the mk4 golfs! could you maybe do a tutorial for a remote locking install? my mk4 golf 1.4 comes without remote locking, i bought a universal remote entry but not sure how to wire it up. keep up the awesome work anyway!

it behaves the same as whatever you connect it to. connect it to puddle light, goes off and comes on with the puddle light. you could connect it to the turn signal and it'd come on with that haha.
I bought this for my MK4 1.4 petrol, but I have problems with it so I'm gonna get rid of it next month. Could I keep this and put it in a new MK7 Golf? I was searching for videos how door looks at mk7, but with no luck to check if I could do this on it too.
I havent got lamps already in my doors so will have to run the welcome lights off the interior light. Does the wiring for the interior light run into the door already?

I have a question by any chance do you know how or ever came to fixing an ac issue where the knob under the dash the goes sides to side when switches the air from cold to hot, did it ever fall out? Cuz mine fell out and I put it back in but now there is no cold air just hot air blowing and im not sure how to fix it cuz I tried alligning it but nothing happens. Dealer said its like a $300usd fix but on forums and threads people say its an easy fix but im already driving with hot air for the past 4mnths in California which is torture without ac and im broke to go to the dealer! So do you have any advice or anything I need to replace to be able to align the knob to its default position? Thanks for all your helpful videos!
i have a 2005 merc c180, it has factory puddle lights, are there any direct replacements for this car to save drilling, if i fit new ones i will then have two lights and i suppose its a case of removing bulbs from old ones so new ones show up more, any help ?

Hello. I have a Golf 5 from 2003. On the front doors my windows regulator motors doesn't have the pins installed. On the driver side with part number 1K0959793C, only have the 19 pin. On passenger side with part number 1K0959792C, the 18 and 19 pin is not available. Is there other way to install the door warning lights without these pins?
I have a 03 mustang gt. what I did was tap into a 12v constant wire that goes to the power lock switch for my hot source then I used the ground from the dome light close switch so that it works when u open and goes off when u close the door. that way all the wiring stays in the door.
