Bro I have followed you for 2 years. Man I cleaned my pc and did the 6 month ago lspdfr. I have been grinding for 8 hours but so worth it. Everything is working so clean and smooth! Keep in mind, I got confused because I could NOT install some of the EUP things in Open IV. This is because my LSPDFR game was open at the same time. Remember to close it out before installing it or it will most likely from my knowledge fail.

btw if your EUP wont open or crashes, have native updated like he said and make sure that the milliseconds in the rage setting is set to 60000 and not 10000.

I have a problem because I have installed exactly as you did the Emergency uniforms pack - Law & Order 9.3.1, but when I enter the game I get a message that I have to just install the same pack for the modification to work (even though it is already installed). I don't know what to do.

You ever seen my intro that says, “Criminal Justice is not responsible for your PC and/or game files. Always mod at your risk?” That’s called a disclaimer. Besides it’s physically impossible for me to ruin your game through a platform. You should have backed up your game files before modding as I stated in my disclaimer. Furthermore, I’m not the one sitting at your PC controlling your mouse and your keyboard. So if your game has been messed up 5 times, then it’s no one’s fault but your own. If you can’t follow a very simple baby step for step tutorial, then just don’t mod. For future reference, take responsibility for your own actions. Good day to you. 🙂

for those people that have bait car mod install the f11 key clashes this is an easy fix just go into the eup folder click on settings and change the f 11 to any available f key hope this helps

Unfortunately I don’t believe you can do that. They’re set that way by default and I’ve honestly never seen way to change them.

How do you get the sergeant patches on the sleeves? I’ve seen it on other people for their character but idk how they get those patches on their sleeve. I have EUP law and order and search and rescue.

So pick the outfit you want, then go to create outfit. Name it whatever you like. After that, you wanna scroll down to “Decals.” That’s where you’ll find your patches.

These plugins are up to date. Make sure you have an up to date RageNativeUI.dll in your main game directory. Without it, the EUP menu won’t pull up.

Also keep in mind that if you’ve recently installed any type of Graphic mods, that can sometimes cause your EUP not to work in which all you would have to do in just simply reinstall it.

Then you need to go to the very top right of your main directory. You’ll see stuff like a drop down menu, extra tabs, etc. Somewhere in those options should be a place that says something like “Hidden Items” or something of that nature. Make sure that box is either checked or unchecked. I believe it has to be checked. Anyways, that should do the trick.

Yeah it is. However, if you will look and listen closely. There are links that drop throughout the video in the "Top Right Corner" of the video. Those links will take you to other videos that everyone will need to make this particular mod work properly. Look for the "OpenIV Link" to pop up and that will take you to the right video and again if you'll listen and watch closely, they'll be a pinned comment in that will take you to the proper OpenIV website.

That’s where your going wrong. I never showed in this video how to install a RageNativeUI ini. I did however show how to install the RageNativeUI.dll which you have to make sure that’s it’s always the most recently up to date version. You can find the up to date version on Google all day long.

So I followed everything step by step as soon as I loaded the game up it terminated the plug in I would go to the discord for troubleshooting issues but the link is invalid for someone who complains about posting for help in the comments you sure aren't very helpful

And for someone who "claims" they followed this step for step sure can't seem to get it right. Funny how everyone else that watches this video has no issues with their EUP or game, oh but you come along and all of sudden "it doesn't work." Take some responsibility for your own faults like for example. Don't skip through my video, then come to the comment section stating that you followed it step for step when you and I both know you didn't. Analytics don't lie, but some people do. I was going to drop the discord link for you, but since you want to be a big mouth tough guy, I'm sure you'll figure it out. Besides, you'll be aiight.
