Great Question! In short: Yes, our flooring and our adhesives can be installed over a hydronic radiant heated subfloor, as long as the conditions described in our installation guides are met. The adhesive in this video is from our Urban Essentials Line, and is now called PRISM™ 3010 Firm Set Adhesive. This is correct. No expansion gap is needed for GlueDown flooring. However, the issues you describe are common symptoms of poor subfloor treatment and unaddressed moisture issues.
