It worked (almost) flawlessly on my T480s - but I wasn't aware that my Samsung MZVL SSD is INCOMPATIBLE with MacOs, so after innumerable kernel panics I bought a 1TB Crucial P3 plus SSD, installed and it worked like a charm. Thanks a lot man, now I can enjoy Ventura !
@@willsrockson I checked that i've the SSD name start with Samsung MZVL . Do I have to change it? or will work on it as well? Also is the default Wireless-AC 8265 card will work or that's also need to be change?

Yes first create a partition in windows using the magic partition tool, then format that partition in Disk Utility within the MacOS setup. When you go to install the EFI onto the internal drive, DONT delete the windows efi folder. To boot into windows you MAY need to select the drive or "Windows Boot Manager" OR the OpenBoot EFI.

so i downloaded the iso from elsewhere and it says doesn't support uefi now i want back to my windows desktop. if i revert to original efi will all my stuff still be there?
Hi mate ! I have a problem with the install. When I reset the VRAM, my Laptop reboots and then tells me that the "boot manager recovered from an error" AND I have a magnificent gray forbidden sign when I try to install macOS. I have a Thinkpad L380Yoga with i5 8th. Update : It seems to be caused with the Sonoma version of MacOS Also, I have read a post on reddit that tells to be careful while resetting NVRAM because it can completely brick your laptop / desktop, hopefully mine is not bricked yet

i think there are some errors in the t480s's efi i cant erase the disk (it keep shut down when i try to format it in apfs ) and the language of the installer is dutch even thought i have blank the prev-lang in the config

@@willsrockson nvm i found out that my partition layout was mbr and that was why i didn't see one, i fixed it my usb stick has 14.5 gb and ventura is 14.65. i have a 14.85gb ssd can i use that as boot media?
Nice tuto but, i have an error for both. ventura error "Ventura is not compatibble with this mac". Monterey error "the updates cannot be installed in this computer". My system a haswell lenovo flex 2 15, core i7 4510u, nvidea geforce 840M
