How can I get hold of you my roof need repair

we had ibr clear sheeting installed over veranda, but now the rain leaks through all the places where they joined the pieces with screws and washers. What can be used to waterproof the holes? Unfortunately the guys who installed it no longer do this as a business. Which sucks because I paid so much to have this done only to get leaky roof. any suggestions please

thats a classic builders warehouse job, thats not a good clean finish, typical southafrican job where there is no pride in craftsmenship .there are better screws for polly carbonate and for wood that will just do a better job. how can you cut after instalation. why not measure then cut and hide the cut side into the roof so your edges are nice and clean. also you guys are not very clear on how much to tighten the screws. you guys are setting people up for failure.
