How to install the Lowrance Chart Plotter easy steps to follow. The Lowrance FS Chart Plotter is a great unit for the price, I bought mine at Academy Sports for $1,000.00
Good job with all that wiring, I had a knee replacement done a little over 2 weeks ago so now I get to watch your videos for the last 2 weeks one after the other😊
Wow, I believe you can do just about anything. I suppose we all could do more if we would put our minds to it and apply ourselves. God Bless and have a great day!
I’d probably just end up taking it to the marina. Too much tedious stuff and I feel like I would make a mistake somewhere and not be able to figure out what I did wrong
Paul on my Yamaha it said I had to plug two wires together that were taped up together to get trim to work on my Garmin. However, I did and trim gauge still didn’t work? So I just use the old analog gauge for it! Not sure about Zuks but maybe same?
The screws came pre dipped in the package!! They are showing no signs of rust at all. Thanks for watching and subscribing! And for your comments as well.
My c-10 stopped working, the pin inside the unit was corroded and so was the board. So I had to do something else because they don’t make them and to send in to repair is 500 to 600 dollars. So yes mine just fills the hole and so does the simrad. If you watch how to install a NEMA system I show you step by step how to check yours and how to install a Suzuki engine interface and fuel interface, both were needed so my Lowrance could read them.
Sorry Ryan, I didn’t see which video you were responding to. For the Lowrance to work or any new plotter you have you need to remove the broken c-10 from the backbone and install the interface that goes to the unit you purchase.
@@horsleyretirementadventure6443 Will the lowrance still give the same engine code and alarms that the C-10 would have done? Basically is the lowrance able to do everything the C-10 could and more?
@@ryanglover8668 you won’t get the engine alarms, you get everything else from hours to rpm’s fuel consumption and trim. No alarm, but if your engine beeps you just need to look up what that would mean. Now I will tell you that Suzuki does make a new gage that you can replace the C 10 with. I just didn’t want to deal either their gages anymore.
