Nicely done tutorial. Background music is quiet and chill. Directions are direct and clear without babbling and confusion. Editing is simple and clean and clear. Voice is calm and nice and not annoying and stupid. This should be the standard.
Dude this was an AWESOME tutorial! I followed the steps in April 2024 and everything worked great. The only part that has not worked out was adding VM Tools. The error prompt that I get is as follows: Could not find component on update server. Contact VMware Support or your system administrator. Any guidance would be greatly apprectiated. Freaking Awesome! BTW I tried on my AMD Gaming PC and had nothing but issues. Tried on this intel laptop not one problem at all. I dedicated 3 cores(6 core processor) 12 GB(out of 32 for RAM). Its a mid range HP Victus Gamming laptop(Lots of added memory though) So far performance is actually really good!

whenever i try to turn it on first vm it kernel panics it the middle of boot second it is saying both cd and ssd has no media and my laptop is a hp laptop 15 dw1xxx

Meh, it's a no-go for me, just restarts the whole time. Tried everything from the comments below, will look for more resources to get the vm installed. (Win 11 Pro, i9-14900KF, 4060Ti, 32GB) Thanks for the links though.

I have vmeare workstation 17 pro. And when I start the OS, it loads and just stops and nothing appears. And then it writes about some problem and then the computer restarts again. In doing so, I changed the file in notepad. I have a core i7 13 gen 13620H processor

Maybe usb dongle WIFI&BT can work on Sonoma in somehow. I was trying no success and I found Sonoma not support usb wifi and BT . Is it possible to use as a WIFI and BT on VM?
Mac OS reis ally really slow in teh VM. installed on my lenovo slim pro 9i. i9 13905h, 32gb ram. 4060 gpu. Do you have any suggestion on how to make it usable?
Sorry to suggest this, but have you tried configuring the VM specs? Allocate more VRAM and CPU cores to make it run faster, but don't allocate more than what your native PC can handle otherwise both will lag
If you have 8GB of RAM, don't allocate more than 4GB. I'd aim for ~3.5GB. If you have 16GB, same thing. As the video says, allocate less than half of what you have. As for cores, depending on how much you have, set around 3 to 4. This should speed it up.

@@teema.everythingtech thank you, you'll find some lines to add in the .vmx file but thats just gonna solve the first issue when starting the VM. The real problem comes after erasing the disk and starting the installer, it loads until the very last moment then it crashes. p.s: macOS 12 (Monterey) works fine, im starting to think there's no solution for AMD users, even tho i found many tutorial online for AMD cpu's that could install macOS 13/14.
No you can. But beware it took my two days. The download took my three hours thanks to my Wi-Fi but installation will be an endless loop of booting and restarting. I updated my macOS from Mojave to sonoma, guess yours will be fine.
Thank for this video, is there have a way to assign more graphic memory to the macOS? Now I got only 128mb and I can’t play any RU-vid video on the machine.

your VRAM is limited to 128 MB I believe because you are running it on Windows, the macOS VM that I have are like that and have a very long response time because of it and feel really slow, there isn't really anything you can do about it as far as I know
Yhea, it only works for a few others while i who has an AMD fucking processor cant do this becuase vmware says the cpu has been stoped by the guest machine and you have to power off or sestart your vm. please make an upated tutrial for this or just tell us the sulution to fix this god damn fucking issue
