The first thing I would check is your T-Tap connection, it’s likely something might not be making proper contact. Make sure your ground is grounded properly. Also make sure your tap broke through the wires insulation and is making contact.

Yes it does, if you only want it on at night you would just wire it to the normal low beam light.

@@angellopez0101 perfect, thank you. I'm having a really hard time finding one for a 2017 GLA 250. Do you know if any of the other models are interchangeable and not yet verified fitment? I'm curious because if you look at non-led listings, 2015 gl350 emblems are compatible with the 2017 gla 250 emblems. As soon as you shop for a LED version there's so much fewer versions of listed compatibility. Doesn't make sense to me

I had them laying around from a remote start kit, you can buy the taps on Amazon or Walmart but you don’t need them you could just strip some of the insolation to make good contact and use electrical tape

Get a firm grip on the star and simply turn it to the left it will pop right out.

@@thestarsbarber0813 Nope, it did not affect anything. In this case it was connected to the running lights power cable, so it is not affecting the low beam lights in any way. Even if it were wired to the low beams it shouldn’t cause any problem.

Should be able to find it on Amazon, they’re pretty much the same just different sellers, the original listing isn’t up anymore so I removed the link.

Very simple, look up wire tappers on google. All you do is close the tapper over the wire tightly until it snaps in. Then you use the other part that connects to the tapper by inserting the bare red wire into it and crimping. And all you do is plug it in.

Also you can look up how to use a wire tapper on RU-vid, it’s expected that you have the knowledge to know how to work with things on your own or learn in order to proceed with this installation. I hope I could help.

@@ricardoflores5711 I have search at all the fuses and none of them work to do this. THERE IS NO FUSE for headlights GENIUS. I bet you don't even have a Mercedes, you just talk nonsense, you waste your time and make others waste it believing you are the smartest and proving just the opposite
