Hi, is it important to work in Y-up? as I saw the head orientation was different for me being in Z-up (I guess used to that from working with the metahumans). Thanks

We currently support Y-up and are actively exploring the addition of Z-up support in the near future.

Hi ! Thank you so much for the amazing tools! I tried to install LOADING today on maya 2022 and it didn’t work out :( when i clicked Meta Transfer, there is no pop up window appeared. Only ‘ download DNA calibration’ in yellow appeared. I tried to follow the video and do the instruction manually, but I was lost at the 3rd step, when the maya env is created. Is there anyway i can I fix this? Looking forward to utilize the plug in to my workflow cos it looks super promising! Thank you so much!

Did you install the tool for 2022 version. All u gotta do it put the dna calibration content in modules. Tool should work with just those steps.

Just sent you an email. Hopefully we can solve this issue together :) Steps for Maya Debug: 1. Click Tools Hub > Maya Tools > Manual Install 2. Copy the code from Run Debug Install 3. Run script in Maya 2022 > Script Editor (Python tab) 4. Click "Run Debug" 5. Send results back to support@loading-studios.com

Hi! I downloaded and recently installed the plugin but the Create Custom Face Template tab doesn't show up on my interface, any thoughts?

Sorry we have created a new button called "New Face Template". This should pop up a window

after i install tool maya not load its crash its uninstall maya works fine
