I would love to do this to my 99. What yr. are you working on and how much time are we talking. Love your videos. Even show mistakes which help us all not to make.
Best jeep tutorial videos on RU-vid by far. Keep them coming man. Helped me with everything I've done to my 99 XJ so far. Love your videos man! JEEP FOR LIFE. PS What are those tires? 31" Goodyear Wranglers?
I like the finish on those better than the BW's..I have a old wagoneer and have heard that the Bushwackers made for the XJ can be put on a wagoneer with just a few mods...I will check out the website..thanks.
got mine with the fenders already cut but no flares. works fine but flings mud all over the truck. probably gonna get rustys fender flares at some point.
Hey man i really like your videos and am buying my first rig soon. I live in nj so its mostly mud/water and some hill climbs. Im trying to deciide between a cherokee and ranger. Which do you think would be better and cheaper to build. Siddenote is that i have a dirtbike id like to transport but could build a tow thing. Thanks, jimmy
im rollin no fenders.fenders cost way too much as is and i dont have tools to install.sucks cause i like the look of these flares.i thought of just gettin some flat metal and weldin it up or even just drillin some wholes and mountin em up
Just making sure 🤣Love your videos brother. I got my dads after he passed and I’m gonna fix it the he wanted and your instructions are getting me there. So thank you sir 👏
Can you show Installing Bushwacker flat style fender flares on a Jeep XJ and between the 2 styles what is the best and most durable and the easiest to install. I like BUSHWACKER products better.
I hope someone sees this I just picked up a Jeep with those flares the previous owner painted them to match the Jeep I wonder how hard it would be to get all the paint off and get them black again any ideas
These are not the same as auxmart brand right? Thought you might like to know that auxmart is using still shots from your video as instructions for their knock off flares on amazon.com. @bleepinjeep
+Anthony Deluise more cutting would be required. ii had 31s stock but had to almost completely flatten the back flares. but i have 33s with 3 inch lift no rubbing.
I really like wranglers but their more expensive, overdone, have the d35, and are not good for staying dry. A cherokee is cheaper to build and gives you more comfort and storage. But thats just in my opinion based on where i live
im still new to 4x4 and bought a 98 xj 2 months ago. already setup for offroad. $5k my neighborhood is lined with new rubicons. i mean they are really popular around here. but they all slow down to check out my jeep. why? they bought into an image. i bought the fun. 45k and up for there rubicons they can hardly afford and are there only cars. they cant take them offroad. meanwhile im out having fun, my trucks always covered in mud. they slow down because they realize their mistake. they're in to deep and they regret it. me personally i just wanted something with 4 doors. kinda limits your options.
Yeah thats why I live in Canada, a lot less laws like that. Its sort of hard for me to comprehend having to have fender flares as I grew up with non of those laws.
