For everyone asking how to remove adapter, I thought I would break it also but you just tilt it back and push up under the end until it releases it just kinda snaps out. Hope this helps.

Hello Dear Customer, The way you'll change the adapter you will use a bit of force. You will tilt up the adapter on the wiper blade and using force you will push up and it will snap off. You are also able to use a screwdriver to push the adapter up till it pops off. You will then hear a click. Dear Valued Customer, To replace the adapter, you may need to apply a bit of force. Tilt the adapter on the wiper blade upward and firmly push until it snaps off. Alternatively, you can use a screwdriver to remove the adapter: by placing it below the adapter using the screwdriver as lever to push up the adapter until it pops off, accompanied by a clicking sound.
