I didn't understand your question properly. Please let me know the problem correctly. Then only I can assist you. Your are trying to call the land line which is connected to the pbx from your mobile? Is this system having 5 sec delay? If like this , then you need to do program in 411, 412, 413.. here you can adjust the delay timings.

Not as master telephone. You can use it as normal extension.

Make sure to enable called ID from ISP

Configure CO-3 incoming call delay time using 411,412 &413. So the call will route to other extension. After you can enable incoming call settings of other extensions where you need to land the call.
