Extract CCX with www.7-zip.org/ and put all of its contents into:
Option 1:
\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2022\Plug-ins\
Option 2:
If any of the folders do not exist, then create them manually:
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\UXP\Plugins\External\NewPluginName\
Option 3:

This worked for me, I am running Photoshop (24.4.1) Build currently. I had to create the directory from the UXP directory . Also, I use winrar so i just renamed the file extensions to .zip then extracted. Worked like a charm.

I got it to work for me after some trial and error. First you have to rename the file to a zip and extract it, then follow option one. :) Big thanks!

I solved this for every plugin(not only TK8) First, the plugin folder could be place at these two path: 1.C:\\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\UXP\Plugins\External\< PluginFolder > 2.C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2024\Plug-ins\< PluginFolder > Second,modify the manifest.json: 1.add "data" into "host", with "loadEvent": "use" . 2.Make sure "host" does not warp with [] . 3.for example: { "id": "com.adobe.example.uxp-example", "name": "Example", "version": "1.0.0", "main": "index.html", "host": { "app": "PS", "minVersion": "23.0.0", "data" : { "apiVersion": 2, "loadEvent": "use" } }, "manifestVersion": 4, "entrypoints": [ { .. } ], "icons": [ { ... } ] } This works for me with Photoshop 2024(25.0), hope this help!! :D

Wow this worked. I was really frustrated after a reverse video plugin not working. Thankyou so much but the plugin is still not working but shows up in PS.

Doesn't work for me. It seems that the plugin has to be registered somewhere for Photoshop to recognize it. I had Lumenzia 11.3.4 installed correctly and wanted to replace it with 11.3.7. Moved 11.3.4 to the desktop and replaced it with a new folder for version 11.3.7 in PS. Did not work. Put 11.3.4 back in the plugins-folder in PS and it worked fine. So PS cannot 'see' the new in the Plugins folder. Then I replaced the files in the folder of version 11.3.4 with the new files and the new version of the plugin worked. Somehow PS knows its folders and does not see new ones.

Just extract all files into: C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\UXP\Plugins\External\NewPluginName\ If folders do not exist, create them. This method seems to be working for TK8 plugin, haven't tested with any other. Update: This doesn't seem to work with TK9. Hence, there are a few alternative options: 1) If you have any other unnecessary plugins (which you know work in PS but you no longer need them), replace their contents with TK9. Or simply download any other FREE plugin from official CC and replace their contents. 2) Sometimes just replacing doesn't work. Thus you need to make sure to keep all IDs exactly the same. E.g.: ID from manifest and folder name. Then use something like "Everything" app to search across all your Windows machine to replace all folders with appropriate correct name. 3) Sometimes even after replacing all folder names - it still doesn't work. Thus we have to re-build a .CCX file ourselves.

doesn't work with latest version of ps, tested with the last tk8 and one of the older versions, older version of tk8 will work if placed inside the plugin folder

@@areusirius2054 yeah. What if you try changing the Plugin Folder name into: 6a68f34c_3.0.27, so it should be: \AppData\Roaming\Adobe\UXP\Plugins\External\6a68f34c_3.0.27\

unfortunately there are no tk8 folders in the above mentioned path c:\Users\Name\Appdata\Roming\Adobe\Upxplugins\external . Also how to add these 2 new panels 1 TK9-Export-v2.0.0 and 2 TK9-My-Actions-Tab-1-v2.0.0. Let me try creating. Thanks for the replay.

No it did not work for me. My TK8 panel shows in photoshop only when placed in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2023 or 24\Plug-ins\

Solamente reemplaza los paneles TK8 por TK9, pero no reconoce los nuevos paneles TK9-Export ni los TK9-My-Actions, es una pena, no los podremos tener completos. Un saludo.

@@sottosopra4769 Tony Kuyper - creative cloud Desktop app is required to install the TK9 plugin. Installation is not possible in "cracked" versions of Photoshop

@nitinpande2695 6 days ago Friends finally I succeeded in installing TK9 plugin on windows machine manually! The correct path for installing TK9 is given bellow. C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\UXP\Plugins\External\ 1 In my case Plugins & External folders where missing. So I had to create, add Plugins & External folders manually. 2 Go to TK9 download folder and change extension from *.ccx to *.zip. Eg. TK9-Multi-Mask-v2.0.0.ccx to TK9-Multi-Mask-v2.0.0.zip. Extract the files using any unzip app. After unzipping you will get TK9-Multi-Mask-v2.0.0. Do this to all 9 plugins. 3 Now copy all the plugins to External C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\UXP\Plugins\External\ 4 Rename TK9-Combo-v2.0.0 To com.tk.combo TK9-Cx-v2.0.0 To com.tk.cx TK9-Export-v2.0.0 to com.tk.export TK9-Multi-Mask-v2.0.0 To com.tk.multimask TK9-My-Actions-Tab-1-v2.0.0 To com.tk.myactions Tab 1 TK9-My-Actions-Tab-2-v2.0.0 To com.tk.myactions Tab 2 TK9-My-Actions-Tab-3-v2.0.0 To com.tk.myactions Tab 3 TK9-My-Actions-Tab-4-v2.0.0 To com.tk.myactions Tab 4 TK9-My-Actions-v2.0.0 To com.tk.myactions Done. Plugins should work in Photoshop
