hi im confused where do i open ros when i am done installing i cant find it another thing is that the shortcut doesent work when i go in to it it says file not able to recongnize and when i put in prosttopic nothing happens pls help

Nice tutorial, anyway, how to install ros package using choco? I tried a lot to install using the command: choco install ros-melodic- but always failed with the notification "package not found in the source list". Do you have any idea?

Even I have no idea of it. It will definitely work, but its better to work on Ubuntu for more variety of packages as this method does not support all packages.
I will make videos on ROS2 in future. But still I won't recommend using ROS2 to anyone. ROS2 is yet in experimental stage and only used by researchers and future product developers. Its not yet stable with all the features. And Industry only works on stable things. And me, being a person from today's Industry, I only work on ROS and not ROS2. And even if anyone wants job in next couple of years, ROS is only going to help until a stable version of ROS2 is released. ROS2 comes up with new versions every couple of months unlike ROS which was released once in 1/2 years. So Industry is still in favour of ROS1. And hence if you are a beginner, I will recommend you to learn ROS1 due to ample of resources, so that you don't get stuck anywhere and finally, if you know ROS1, switching to ROS2 is easy. But I am completely in favour of only ROS1

And I don't want to encourage something to my audience which will land them up in problems one after another. So I won't be making videos on that anytime soon
I once tried this method when I was a total beginner, then I had nightmares of ROS in my sleep. Don't use this method if you are absolute beginner, Ubuntu be easy peasy.

Try to learn from Internet for free and improve your skills. And with those skills try to approach different companies for Job. You can learn while doing job too and eventually become Robotics Engineer
@@p.saipavankumar7616 as you have done Mechanical Engineering, you should be able to do good CAD designing and majorly logical CAD designing for Robots. That is the most important. Once that is done, you have to know all the hardware parts of the robot and should know how to operate them and use them all. For mechanical engineer that is enough. If you wish you can learn Electronics or Coding as a bonus. ROS will boost your resume a lot
Yes. You can make simple line Following robot and other arduino based robot and also you can run python scripts on windows pc and then send commands to arduino using pyserial. It will work like Raspberry Pi
