Don't ever buy this trigger if ur hellcat has that retarded safety on it.its the poorest excuse for let's hurry and kick it out job there is.I loved the hellcat switched from glock to these.but I'm selling this piece shit as soon as I can find some springs and someone that can put it back together.I've built guns all my life.spring field and apex ur both maggots
Followed this to a T!! Everything is a breeze if you take your time. The vice is an excellent choice for pressing that one pin in place. The Apex kit came with the pin installed halfway already! The only challenging part was the thumb safety detent and spring. Tips: Perform work in a small area, no carpet preferably, as it cuts down on the time spent hunting down safety spring!
IMPORTANT NOTE: Install also requires a "Vice" to press the trigger pin in. Great tutorial, I used this to install a new Apex trigger on my Hellcat and it worked out PERFECT!
Thank you! Great instructions! That safety is a MFer. I inserted the sear housing first and left just enough room to put the plunger and spring in with tweezers. Once in position keep tension with the tweezers, rotate in and say a little prayer.
I put on the spring cups upside down and had a bit of a panic when reassembling and testing. I had a hard time getting the gun disassembled to diagnose the issue. I thought I was sent the wrong spring or something. Make sure to follow the video and its instructions religiously.

You literally cannot get better mods for your pistol. My EDC and Competition pistols are Apex enhanced, best investment you can make. Still need to get an extractor...soon.
Currently have a Hellcat with manual safety and Apex plug replacing the right paddle. Would now like to get rid of safety completely. Do you see any issues?

Kinda like ammo, right. Yes, we machine triggers all the time. We also ship triggers all the time. Right now Glock factory trigger bars are not available anywhere.
any safe way we could remove the thumb safety during the process? i didnt realize it was the whole pin and someone had recommened to just use a dremmel but i didnt want to do that and i cant find a replacment peice without buying a whole other hellcat
Pliers will likely damage the trigger. We've seen a number of triggers beat up by customers that thought using pliers or vise-grips would do the job. We do not recommend using a set of pliers.
