Been riding with this coms unit for about a week since filming this video and the sound quality is worth the price itself. I rode with some friends who also have cardo and had no issues. I do wish I would've placed a little bit farther back but I'll get used to it lol. Install seems a little intimidating at first but it's pretty simple. You got this and I hope this video helps! :)

OMG I was stressing out how I thought I had a defective helmet but turns out I had the cheek pads on the wrong side the whole time 😂😭 I have the forged carbon your a life saver!!

Thank you for helping me setup this thing, yes it was very intimidating at first I know I was when I opened it. Opened it saw it and was like "oh boy" but now after watching this. Felt SO much easier and much more controlled environment instead of guessing where stuff goes. Lmao 🤣 Thanks from Texas and a New Rider.

You should have slowed down the disassembly portion of your video so your viewers can see exactly how you removed the padding. That is the most challenging part of the installation. Other than that, you did a good job.

My question is that everyone that installs it usually includes the mic in the install, do I need to install the mic since I have no one to ride with, I just planned to buy the unit just to have music playing while I ride. Or does the mic need to be installed for the unit to function properly

For the half-helmet mic, does it seem easily detachable so I only need to have it on when I'm doing a group ride?

I have the same model of Cardo, It lasts me about 3 hours when I listen to music and it discharges, normal? For that reason alone I was thinking of returning them.

Hey! That doesn’t sound normal. I have forgotten to turn mine off over night and still had battery the next day. I ride 2 hours a day for commute to work and I can typically go a couple days without needing a charge. Hope that helps!
