How to Install the LATEST VLAND 86/BRZ Headlights!

Hello, are these working when the car's lights are in AUTO? I have the same set, but they are working only when I put the lights ON manually from the stick. I switched around a couple of plugs, and when I'm in AUTO, I now have the DRLs but when its dark, they are not switching automatically to the low beam, as the stock would normally do. I would very much appreciate your input, thanks!

Need help. Installed this headlights on my 2013 FRS. Used the extra harness that came with it and I tapped the turn signal wires to the stock harness. Now, without turning on the headlight, everytime I brake the car, the low/high lamp turned on all of the sudden and turned off after complete stop. Any idea how to fix this?

my daytime lights turned out be my turn signals for some reasons and the blue animation light does not turn on. All i did was plug in the plugs. 2015 frs. any suggestions?

MUST READ THIS FOR 2013 BRZ - The original plug harnest is missing the lil metal tip inside the plug. if u look close at both plugs theyre missing a pin u need to add a lil metal tip to both so that the day time running lights work I just figured this out today !

2013 Subaru BRZ TIPS AND OTHER QUESTIONS READ HERE Instead of replying to everyone's comments that are having similar questions and problems i ran into i figured i'd answer what questions i could here. 1. Is it plug and play for 2013 subaru brz limited? Almost but not exactly. At least for me it wasn't, however the problem was easily fixed. Basically if you look at the VLAND 8 pin harness and the OEM 8 pin harness there are only 7 out of 8 pins on each harness. When you go to plug them in, all 7 pins should match up with the corresponding pins on both harnesses. I noticed that one of the pins on the vland harness was going to the empty spot on the OEM harness. This pin happened to be the DRL(white wire on vland harness for me) and is why my DRL never turned on. In order to get the DRL to work i had to remove the pin from the spot it was in and move it over one spot so it would match up with my OEM harness. This is what happened to me and i explain how to fix this above^. 3. Do the Daytime running lights come on when the car's lights are in Auto? For me no. The only way my daytime running lights come on is if i manually turn them on from the stick inside the car. I think i know why this is though for at least my model which is the 2013 BRZ limited. My normal daytime running lights aren't in the actual headlight. My DRL's that came stock with my car is a little led strip that's in a separate housing above my fog lights. I think if your DRL's are normally in your stock headlights then these should work fine. There is a way to fix this which is kind of explained in this tutorial video (I know this video is for different VLAND headlights but the process would still be the same you'd just have to pull the DRL wire out of the VLAND harness and follow the rest of the steps in this video) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-GLKcZbEnUNM.html Overall these headlights look amazing and i would highly recommend them. do you need the 6/8 adapter for the brz? mines a 2013 and the boomerang drls don’t work at all, but my set didn’t come w the adapters and idk if i have to spend $100 on them or not
