I have a early 99 F350. It fit perfectly. It definitely has more power, and you can hear the turbo whistle more, louder and more frequent. I definitely recommend it. Thanks for the video. To the point and it covered everything.

I installed this intake, mostly no prob. The fit of the clear cover was awful. I had to drill out the holes because of improper alignment. Also I had to use a Flathead to force the cover into alignment as I screwed it on. For the price, I expected better fitment.
what does the hole in the side go to? is that for the newer trucks with the little vent right there on the side that says f250? I've never looked in one of those trucks but I've always wondered if it was actually an intake or just cosmetic. My truck doesn't have one so if that is indeed the case then what is that hole gonna be up to?
Just got this yesterday. In assembling the unit, the holes between the battery tray and the snorkel did not line up. I had to elongate one of the holes on the snorkel with a drill for it to work. Also, the labeling of the parts does not exactly match the instructions. Lastly, the instructions not clear as to how many washers (inside and out?) to use in assembly. Seems you must use washers in and out or nut may pull through hole in plastic.
...not to be an ass because this is an awesome video,...but why the shut did we put a $300 set up in this pickup yet we couldn't even take the time to wipe down the battery?????? Still awesome but I can stand not having pride in my work or no attention to detail lol
I love this setup. I want to get one for my 2000 F250 Powerstroke. I read a recent post from someone that this setup will hinder access to the power steering pump reservoir Is this an actual issue?
