They’ve been around since 2009 I still have the original design which obviously is not as pretty as your but still functions well and if something doesn’t they’re customer service is second to none... they’ll even reach out to you if you haven’t turn it on in a few days to make sure you’re okay

They sell a plug that fits into the ferrule and nut to seal the outlet of the valve. It's worth keeping a few in the tool bag for a remodel when you don't have time to shut off the water and add a new valve that day. The Knipex Pliers wrenches are awesome for finish plumbing too.
Hi, these videos keep me up all night! I can't stop watching. Thanks for great ideas and technique and products! So I have a question, I'm working on a concrete slab where I demolished a tile floor in bathroom. the bedroom has flooring that was set over the pre-existing tile floor (they didn't remove the flooring - just added new tile flooring over it). We had to reroute plumbing in the bathroom through the slab, so had to cut slab and then patch after plumbing. SO NOW there is just over 1.5" difference in finished tile floor height of bedroom and concrete of bathroom. QUESTION: any ideas how to cover the concrete and build up the height before laying down the tile?? Should we pour concrete first to raise floor or just rely on the mortar and membrane. Does the membrane lose function if there is more than an inch of mortar over it? Any help or ideas are greatly appreciated. Thanks.
They do always leak or get gunked up so you can't turn them. I also find a lot of the time you have to cut like an 1/8 inch off the end of the old pipe to get the old compression ring to seat where its supposed to on the newer style fittings.

Can put the uncoupling membrane over on top of vinyl sheet flooring which is over concrete? Or should I remove the vinyl sheet flooring first? I have read you can, but is it going to create any issues if I leave the vinyl underneath? thanks
Why cant the manufactures makes a freakin stout shut off valve .... it makes no sense. It would be so god damn simple. if they were to use the automotive technology this often common failure of the water shut off valve would not be an issue

No sweat. Your videos are pretty useful, and you deserve to make money off of them. So I won't lose any sleep over that. I just think that 1/4 of a video being an ad spot is a bit much.
Safety squints on. I always say do what you think is best. If you want glasses put them on. If not it's what you thought was best. Others shouldn't have to tell you what your doing" wrong". You know best
