Looks great bruh so I have chrome pillars on my ride and they really old looking I had dem on for 5 years r so an I heard u said To remove them just peel old ones off and put on new ones rite
I pretty much knew how to do this because I had installed another piece in the taillight bezel. Your video included the tips on how to get it perfect, which I greatly appreciate. Just like the previous piece I installed, you recommended stripping away the entire piece covering the adhesive. I was apprehensive because the included instructions explain a different method. I did it your way, which is the same as the other piece I put on. What is markedly different on the window pillars is alignment and the fact they don't cover edge to edge but rather kind of sit in the middle so to speak. I rested mine at the bottom perfectly on the lower weather strip and worked up just a little to center these and then smoothed it watching the gap all the way up. It happens rather quickly, no second chances. The test fit will show you mostly what needs to happen. I cleaned my surface with 91% rubbing alcohol first. Mine is four door Lincoln, so it is imperative to take your time. GREAT VIDEO.
Great advice on placing it lightly, making the adjustments and then pressing it. It's good advice. Hoping all is well, Dirty Jersey out!!!Truck is really looking good Bud!!
Looking good BossMan👍 I can remember when all vehicles was chromed out from the factory especially pickups lol I still think I gives a certain classic look about it. Grown ass man look lol
I have these on a truck I recently purchased and really don’t like them. I would assume taking them off is simple but I may have to work to get the sticky tape off of the door pillar?
Great Video...I was wondering how does that stuff hold up to going thru a brushed car wash....I run my Durango thru one 3 times a week and was wondering if it would get ripped off by the brushes
