Low boost aplication still ok for the engine. Its commonly found on low tier emission standard (euro 2 or below). Just adjust fuel to air ratio using turbo compensator mechanics Another engine that this way is isuzu 4HG1-T wich still in production in our country.

When you install a turbo more air comes inside the combustion chamber, you need more fuel to compensate it, I suppose you moved the fuel pump too, right?
Can i ask sir??why they remove the enjection pump is there any changes in fuel system to be adjust or to be change when installing a turbo to a non turbo engine??

Smooth turns are required in the turbo booster system. Sharp corners cause a vortex and prevent the correct air pressure in the combustion chamber, significantly degrading engine performance.
@@raybin6873 it doesn't matter.. a turbo charger spools up to RPM'S in the range of 100,000 to 500,000 RPM'S. If not balanced properly things can go very wrong
There is mechanical pump for fuel so i think they made some tuning with screwdriver🤣 old diesel hasnt got ecu or else...i had old diesel 1.9 td im my small vw transporter t3, i gave him more air from turbo and gain fuel with screwdriver, instal intercooler, ive make 100hp from original 75 ...but after 3000km ..little bum and engine blow off😅 too old for racing🤣
Dont need to be balanced. Its complete ballbearing kit and they mount it together. These tuebos are pretty big but they dont run at 100% so they would probably last like 150k km
Is it me or is the new turbo alot bigger than the old one 🤔 and I counted 4 solid grunts tightening those bolts so if my metrics are right a 145ft lbs of torque
