Third world country doing this ,recondioning of faulty shock absorber with warranty .also of cheap labor , high cost replacement parts ,customer tend to settle half of price againts new one . Good for economy bring food to table to every family .

with low oprrinunity to buy new one they used their skills to repair any spare part that failed , I admire them and loved the way each one has known task to do during reman process . May Allah bless them our brothers from Pakistan

I bet the shock rebuilding guys live a little longer than the battery rebuilding guys. That’s rough life props to them

I wish I could afford to buy you a beautiful modern workshop with all new tools. Imagine what you could do then IF this is what you can do with hardly anything. Love your skill. Excellent work.

Wow these mechanics can build a quality shock absorber. In my opinion a small economical tig/mig welder would weld those two shocks tubes together in about 4 minutes at a lower cost and it would be a better weld. Merry Christmas!

So take the paint off. Cut the shock open. Pour out the fluid. Hit the shock housing several hundred times. Add fluid. Weld it back together and install without the paint.

I've rebuilt shocks, but never used a tubing cutter and later brazing,,,great mechanical culture
