how to install uv packer in blender 3.3 

hey only UV-Packer-Blender-Addon_1.01.00 is working for me but I'm not able to download 1.01.00 program file i need your help pls if possible can you pls provide this to me they are direclty fownload the lastet program files name called UV-Packer-Blender_Windows_1.4.0 and this is not working in my PC

Where do I get the .exe file?

Question; When ever I install a new version of Bleander ( Mac or Pc ) My " Add-on etc " never are transferred to the New Version, I'm always forced to Reinstall the Addons etc. What I'm I not doing or doing wrong?
