Thanks. The installation is a bit involved, but produces great results.

I really like the way that looks.. and I assume it's even easier on my 07 since the engine is not covered by the fairing...

Yes sir. We do have an 07-08 600rr video for this product. There is no need to cut a fairing on that model.

I have bought this for my 2008 cbr 600rr. When removing the stock engine cover, is there any risk of oil leaking? Do I need to empty the oil before installation or can I just proceed with the oil in the engine?

If you are on the kickstand then there will not be any significant amount of oil that high in the engine. You can go ahead without emptying the oil.

@@TSTindustries I just did, and it was a breeze. There are like 4 to 6 drops of engine oil pooling inside the bottom of OEM caps. No leaks or spill. Good to know. Also the product is beautifully made. I got it for my cbr 600rr 2008 model. Thanks TST Industries.

Great tutorial! I added this to my bike! I did a walkaround highlighting a few of TST’s products. Check it out and let me know what y’all think.

this looks like too much room for error. is this the easiest way to cut away the fairing?
@TSTindustries

A hole saw with a center drill could also be used as an alternative method to cut the fairing.
@allmyscars9039

That seems so much easier

@@TSTindustries Can you please recommend what size hole saw to use? Are there any paper cutouts that can be provided to make the installation easier? I purchased one a few months ago but do not want to mess up by cutting incorrectly.
