Q: Black print a little bit blurry?
A: Please darken the print. Go to 3:50
Q: Waybill print on the thermal paper is too small?
A: Go to 7:01
A: Don't have a CD-ROM and need the downloadable link of the printer driver?
A: Go to 7:27
Q: There is no black print on the thermal paper after printing?
A: Make sure that you are printing on the FRONT side of the paper. No print will appear when printing on the wrong side of the thermal paper and when using other non-thermal papers. Doing so will also damage the printer head eventually.
