How to Interface the LM35 Analog Temperature Sensor with Arduino

Is it possible to rearrange input/output relation of LM35? Not reading 0V and 0 degc, but reading 0V at 40 deg C, and getting same linear change of 10mv for each degree change?

TI subtly promoting Microchip (Atmel) based Arduino. The same thing could've been implemented with TI Launchpad as well, nevertheless nice tutorial.

Should the value in the equation be 1024 or 1023?
