Really hatts off for this vidio, i was working morethan 10 years as a sales officer, i can speak English....but dont have confidence what to speak...i mean the contents....this scripts i wrote and practice so many times......after one month only this scrips i used to keep practicing in-front of mirror. trust me my mindset changed after that i am just thinking why still i am not manager,,,,i have all the qualification and experience, but i was just lacking some shortage of sentence to speak infront of my team. after learning this i got confidence to apply the job as manager post only. got selected , and now i am just enjoying my life with tripple digit salary with pride and recognition.....thank you so much.

Excellent. I am starting my first day as a Junior Project Manager next month. I was previously an IT Project Administrator. I worry about people not taking me seriously as a Manager because I've never had any authority before. I want don't want to be a difficult manager but I also don't want everyone to walk all over me. I want my first impression to be balanced.
