@@SimpleProgrammer0That's great. But My purpose for asking was because the way that @dj5682 used that comfort zone like everyone is chilling in govt. jobs after clearing UPSC and there's no career growth.

To present your qualities and qualifications right is not bechna. Corporate jobs also go to deserving. Maybe in govt sec they don't care about presentation. But corporate sector requires a overall personality . I can say that for sure being in industry for a decade.
Also, in upsc merit, it is the mains exam, which plays a more vital role, while in corporate, it is the interview on which the entire selection process depends
Nope. Technical interview ni Diya Kabhi ? Test clear Karna hota h. Halwa ni h sarkari job ki Tarah ki bus ratta maara 2-3 Saal aur fir khatam. In IT you need to learn everyday. Not for kamchor people
@mayankdewli1010 I have bee a summer intern in goldman sachs, had a stipend of 1 lakh/month. 2 dsa questions were asked in my interview and they were very simple, I was selected mainly because of good communication skills and because I was able to stretch my technical interview longer as I pretended to solve the question for 25 minutes each which I could have done in 10 minutes. In upsc my friend, you are not only tested on subject matter expertise but also psychologically, and trust me it is way more difficult than a corporate interview. Agar itna hi achha hai corporate to kyu log waha ki jobs chhod ke upsc ki aur jaa rahe hai?
"Given your extensive education and experience, it's surprising to hear you make such comments. There are many prominent figures in the corporate world who have achieved great success through their hard work and dedication. To suggest that they are merely 'selling themselves' diminishes their accomplishments and is quite demeaning. Such remarks are not only unprofessional but also undermine the integrity of the corporate environment."
@@parulsharma5013So how's it different from upsc interview, there also candidates "sell" them to get selected, don't they show and tell to the panel that why they are the most suitable for the job, just like someone doing in a corporate office interview.
Corporate mein aapko prove krna hota h ki aap company k liye kuchh valuable kar skte ho. Upsc aur sarkari job mein to koi kaam hi ni krna bus rishwat leni hoti h. Isliye bus corrupt log uski tayyari krte h
"Selling yourself" mean you display your qualities and past achievements when it comes to corporate interview........ While in UPSC interview you aren't supposed to talk about your past glories but the present context....... Those who are saying IAS IPS sold out country must remember that it's the steel frame of India which made India 5th largest economy..........and ofc you can't point finger towards officers while you guys elect uneducated politicians on the basis of your caste.........these politicians pressurize honest officers and they might end up resigning or take their life or might never get an important department......... Corporate run on profit basis and need efficiency while govt work on welfare basis and need perseverance :)
Most IAS officer are corrupt..the ones who are not are constantly transferred or eventually resign because they don't want to sell their souls... The only way to be happy as an IAS is by being corrupt... She is 100% corrupt, so she must have been trying to silence her scruples by saying corruption is necessary... 😅
Hey guys to you it might have felt wrong but it is a marketing concept and she is telling it in that way.. it is a well known way of say what you actually do in a corporate interview.. its a skill to sell yourself.. don't take it by literal meaning.
BHAI Corporate interviews are much much harder, they focused on your projects and experience. UPSC ke interviews vaise nahi hote hai jaise Vijendra chauhaan ne reel bana bana ke logo ke andar bhar diye hai.
if you view from candidate prospective, candidate want to clear every interview whether it is formal or informal, there is no concept of selling in this matter as at the end whether it is govt/ private job everyone want the income and if you still say this selling then of course all are selling in different format just like this video, video wants to share information in cost of getting views , comments subscription and more to power own branding, if they don't show no body will know them.
Kuch bhi kaho bhai,,,, but end me ye upsc dene ke liye promote kr rhi he😢😢 Tum hi socho,,, jyadatr bande fame & kam mehnat me fokat ka paiso ke liye jate he,,, bhagavat gita me sangharsh karo kaha gya he,,, but ye log 3 saal sangharsh krte he badme corruption 🥲🥲
Stating your qualities in an interview is pretty much close to selling yourself. The way you do it might be different but it works on the same lines: Start with your name, where are you from, etc., talk about your education, prior work experience and scoop in a couple qualities that may set the tone of the rest of your interview. I say this because I’ve been on both the sides of it - corporate job, and government job. Lastly, to the folks who are running their mouths around how some government officers sell the country - the less competent must not judge the more competent. Try getting yourselves involved to prove how loyal you are to our motherland. Keyboard patriotism literally is for losers.
In corporate, people are not selling themselves. They’re are just telling what their skills are and how they can put some value in the company. In upsc also you are asking them what they know and what they mentioned about their skills and educational background. Well she takes mock upsc interviews, so obviously she’ll be biased towards it.
Kuch b wo bechte ni hai wo paise kamate hn jisse apke so called sold civil servants ko tax dete hn . Correct your sentences. Kon bicha hua hai batane ki jarurat ni hai
The way she wrote in her insta profile:- I interview UPSC TOPPERS😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 abeyy woh duniya se bahar nikal..ye duniya bas UPSC ke irth girth nahi ghumti😂😂😂😂😂😂.. typical nerd just studying and doing BS all the time!!!😂😂😂😂
Corporate interviews are more better than UPSC or government. Government interviews are only for show off. Once job agaya tho lunch time hi, agar kuch bolo tho police vala ka video banyega bolkey dadagiri. Corporates are well disciplined and advanced than government. Without Corporates government ki upsc ka salary bhi nahi ayega 😂😂
Corporate interview mai hum apni skills batate h which will help the organization or the client to know if that person will be good to keep or not...naki bechte h 😂😂😂

It's okay, but you are not right lady... We are not selling to ourselves to corporate... For ur kind information.. there we are employees .. 1st understand the difference between employee and civil service. Here we are working for corporate we are telling about ourselves as an employee. IAS , IPS means there you are not a simple employee, therevu rbtaking care of many activity for ex DC... For ur stupidity I ll tell you.. in govt offices u have 3rd division, a decision workers. For them also do u take interview like this ?????????!!!
This Line .. "Corporate mey aap apne aap ko tabhi bechne lagh jaate ho" doesn't suits her . She herself needs to work on speaking . Doesn't sounds good .... Sad to hear
I thought she was calm n good but wht is this bechne lg jate ho this is not the right way of saying or even how can think like this.... The job the corporate world is doing is also helps ... Far batter thn gov jobs....one more things they won't take or judge on the basis of your caste like gov do...we raise our voice but corporate employees will never say abt u anything coz they have manner atticates they lrn these things even in company also...not gov empl think before saying anything yr both r good we can't say like this..
I think you're judging her more than required. The main point is whether you're understanding her reply that she is delivering. If this was a formal setting most definitely she wouldn't have said the "apne aap ko bechne lag jate ho".
I Respect her ( Ma'am) but what she said about the corporate field was totally Unexpected and bad. “Corporate job mai aap apne aap ko bechne lg jate ho " I was not expecting this kind of statement from her.
Hey guys 👋, When she said "Khud ko bechne lag jate ho" to you it might have felt wrong but it is a sales and marketing concept and she is telling it in that way.. it is a well known way of saying in management field , when teaching how to address the question "Tell me about yourself?" in a interview.. its a skill to sell yourself.. which means to impress the interviewier that you have skills for the job and are more capable then others so they should be recruited...don't take it by literal meaning and go all sentimental. Its a phrase.. 🙏
I think she didn’t get the question itself - there was formal and informal environment. She started explaining just about formal introduction in private and public service
In a corporate interview mai khud ko bech bhi do na tabhi bhi koi fayda nahi..if they don't wish to choose you.. After that feedback aata hai- Maza nahi aaya. I got it from a renowned company's interviewer.
Corporate job mai khud ko sell nahi karte log actually they also showcase the same things which will be beneficial to the company and towards the particular job role too so please try to be more elaborative rather saying bechne lag jate hai log
Yeah sabko UPSC se itni problem kyu haii😂......aise toh har govt.job bekar hai ...jitne bhi govt. Officers hai sab corrupt hai ...or inse bhi bade corrupt toh politicians h vo bhi sare hi corrupt ...har kisiko ek hi nazariye se dekhna glt hain... Agar corrupt officers hai toh honest bhi hai tabhi desh survive kar paa raha h ...comment section log aise likh rahe h jaise khudne IAS PCS sab clear karke baithe ho.😂
In corporate interview we have technical round and HR round. But still we try to bring in some points in intro to steer the interview in that direction which we have prepared well. 90 percent of the time the interviewer take the bait.
I wanna know this ma'am I've seen Interview where the candidate blashes different ideas to counter corruption, development of nation but i read article where they show how much they just spended in just first week of joining why's this so
