I bought my last property in April, it was not affordable, however it is a perfect investment, I spent 700k and it's worth it, now I'm moving profits from stock investment to my real estate portfolio.

I came here to learn how to invest after listening to a guy on radio talk about the importance of investing and how he made $960,000 in 4 months from $160k, somehow this video has helped shed light on some things, but I'm still confused, I'm a newbie and I'm open to ideas.

Let’s be honest about leaving our jobs once we get a certain amount of properties. It takes a lot of properties to quit your job even if your making just $20-25,000 a year on your salaried job. You get into real estate to make money and then you quit your job and now your taking that hit from that cushion now being gone! Then if your getting loans for a property just having 1-8 or 10 rental units will not let you quit your job.
