One of the main reasons for tightness and pain in the shin muscles comes from the toes. Learning to keep our toes relaxed and in the correct position will allow us to prevent the tibia muscles from stiffening, creating that burning sensation that will inevitably block the fluid movement of the ankle. Let’s see how to deal with this problem!

Hey Bro! I really find extremly useful your videos. You are just a great teacher who can explain the rules very well. Keep going man. On the other hand I would like ask you to help me with making a video please if you find this theme exciting. So I just bought an e-drum recently and I found myself in a really strange situation: I can't find the snare drum position. My main problem that I always get caught in my upper legs with the end of my sticks. And I think I tried everything to avoid this but what I found better to avoid the hitching problem makes me uncomfortable or can't hit the rim shots properly and so on. Please make a guide how to set the snare drum properly (height, angle distance and so on) to make the best free place for the sticks to move. Thank you in advance mate!

I'm starting to get the hang of leaving the shin muscles and the tendons on the upper side of the foot/ankle relaxed while playing. And you're right, the toes have a huge part in it.
