How abt the after video on your pork butt or turkey video. Where everyone's passed from eating too much..lol...anyways, looking forward to your next video man! Or your follow up with certainty.
I tried ortho and spectricide from Walmart that u hook the hose to,killed all weeds except green clover. It looked a bit sick and wavy at the stems and small brown spots on the clovers but they obviously shook it off and look fresh and recovered now😵😑
Jason, if I weed eat the clover and cut up the roots as much possible with the weed eater, will a 3 in1 kill it for the year, then in the fall spray or use a granular to keep it gone? I didn't use any fall weed killer, I won't make that mistake again. Thanks
I typically use Drive XLR8 for all my weed issues on my Bermuda lawn. It takes awhile longer but in 10-12 days, weeds are gone, including clovers. Have you used this product and what do you think about it?
Clover looks beautiful, improves soil by taking nitrogen from the air and resists all kinds of adverse conditions. White clover seeds are widely available in seed and feed stores so people could by them and add this amazing plant to their lawns. Why would you want to kill it?
I prefer the look of well manicured turf grass. Chances are, if a lawn has clover it also has many other weeds. It would be very difficult to kill the other weeds and leave the Clover. Usually the two options are a well-manicured lawn with turf grass and very few weeds. Or a totally covered lawn full Of weeds. Certainly doesn't bother me if someone wants to have a lawn full of clover.
@@mikeklug3369 thank you that’s my problem at the moment it’s winter here and been trying to get rid of my clovers almost cover my lawn and try to get rid of clovers , yes they are pain , am thinking getting my hands diggin them get rid the Mai roots .
@@mikeklug3369 Hey clown, did you know that we lost half our honey bees last year? Do you understand how our food is grown??? Clover in the lawn attracts bees and contributes to a healthy bee population. I let it grown in my lawn. Deal with it.
Thanks Jason. The problem I have with my lawn, as well as some of my customers lawns (NC) is we all have a mixture of grasses. Mainly Bermuda and fescues with a some zoysia spread around. These lawns are all sprouting clover, especially this spring (2021) due to all the rain. Can you recommend a product for this mixture of grasses to kill the weeds/clover?
It's probably too cold for the zoysia to be receptive to the herbicides. Whatever you are trying to kill needs to be actively growing. Try adding 2.7 ounces by weight of ammonium sulfate to each gallon of water to make salts like 2,4D of glyphosate less prone to degradation from the minerals in your water.
@@whocares5824 I have done two total kills. The zoysia still comes back. I have thick fescue growing now. My strategy is to rake up zoysia to the top in June, July, and August and spray Tenacity. There is one other Bayer product, weed killer that states on the label: not for use on zoysia. I can try that too. It’s just a problem grass here in the North. I call it devils grass because it won’t go away.
@@foxiedogitchypaws7141 i just seen he has pressure release valve on his. I just bought one this year from home depot like that, but dewalt brand. Was wondering his brand so i wasnt paying dewalt prices for same sprayer lol
