In this video we talk about how to Kill Crabgrass in Bermuda Grass with Quinclorac. Last year I used Tenacity to kill crabgrass in my fescue and it worked great! However, Tenacity is supposedly not safe for Bermuda Grass. For this reason I had to look for a different product and came across Quinclorac, which is the active ingredient in most post-emergents for Crabgrass. The product I used is a 75% concentrate of Quinclorac that I dissolved in water and mixed with surfactant, which breaks down the water tension on the leaves and allows for greater foliar absorption. I also used Turf Mark to allow me to better see where I applied the product on my lawn.
Products I used this weekend:
Quinclorac 75 DF
