How to Knit a Checkerboard Pillow Cover! Addi /Sentro 

How to Knit a Puff Squares Pillow Cover on Addi / Sentro Knitting Machines. Easy knitting machine project just a step up from making hats!
Pattern:
For pillow front Make 36 puffs (18 of 1 color & 18 of high contrast color)
on 22 needle circular knitting machine
For each puff: long tail cast on,
knit 15 rounds
long tail cast off with darning needle.
Close both ends of puffs by cinching and tying off with ends hidden inside.
For pillow front: layout finished puffs in a checkerboard that is 6x6
Sew puffs together (follow steps on video)
For the pillow Back:
46 or 48 needle knitting machine
2 tubes waste yarn cast on with 1 round of different waste yarn as Zip Strip to remove waste yarn wast. Knit 80 rounds
Waste yarn cast off
Finishing the Back
Flatten tubes into rectangles and bind ends with extra yarn slip stitching both sides together.
Bind all 4 ends
Lay backing sides together and mattress stitch to form a square for the back.
Finishing the pillow:
Lay the pillow top on the back and line up tge edges.
Sew around 3 sides leaving one bound off edge of the back open.
Sew 1/2” button on each puff lined up with the back. (See video)
Place pillow form inside and button closed

14” pillow form
Big Twist Tweed Yarn, chocolate brown, white
Crochet hook- 4-4.5 mm
Darning Needle
Scissors
6 - 1/2” Buttons
Sewing thread
Sewing Needle
