Finally someone showed that it is really possible to make a hat on this type of loom. I was just wondering, if the side part (when the pegs are slightly further appart) does make a difference in the end?
I was sure it was possible to use rectangular/long looms to make round forms, because what matters is that it is a close knitting. I was just in doubt about the difference of distance in the sides to make it strange. Now, I confirmed it is better to buy this one, that has 2 usages: round knitting and double-sided (thick) knitting. Thanks on the amazing video and help!!!!
@@michalamarkova6999, I don't know if I understood your doubt, but the side parts have more distant knitting, making the shape wider in the bottom, like a bell, as seen in the end of the video, but I don't think it is bad... I guess it is gonna work fine when the person wears.
When you say, “like so” it’s implied that you’re showing how to do something... but yeah, I have chubby fingers and I use the hook the way you described to push down the yarn.
