Just had a female co-worker that I had to check she "what at me" twice, the 1st one i put in the bank for later the 2nd one she had to get checked in private she tried using things that took place at work, so I played ball a bit and reminded her about the 1st and told her yeah we all have those days but maturity of respect & professionalism is what keeps the mistreating the next interaction from being mistreat someone else so its not fair and I made it clear verbal conflict will be waiting so now she's all smiles and nervous body language and the simps are like huh? I believe that you said or someone else said that women are initiators 90% of the time. Which means she looks at you, stares you at, signaling you to approach her. But if a woman pays for the date, buys you food, coffee, little gifts, even writing a letter, that all means she likes you. It doesn't even have to be money wise, it can be her texting you to see if you're okay or how you're doing. Calling you to book another date with you. Remember, deal with women who are interested in you, not the ones who you wish to look at you, even for a second. Have respect for yourself.

Facts. One of the managers at my last job used to do this and it annoyed me because I was in HR at the time (had to set a good example). Just recently I been working with this girl for like 3 months , she never said anything to me at all and never even looked my way . Then one day I just happened to ask her how her 4th of July weekend was , and I mean from that point on we just started have a really good convo and she started opening up more and more as I talked to her , but before then I would’ve thought she was completely uninterested. Not only that I was taking time off work and she knew about it she assumed I was going to be gone for like a week and I was actually gone for almost 2. When I came back I greeted her normally as I usually do and she did as well, no indication that she misses me or a "omg welcome back!" at all which I already knew cuz shes a more laid back less expressive woman, but when I was walking back from the restroom, she called me to the side real quick and said she thought to herself yesterday that I was not coming back while having a nervous chuckle saying it. In my head I was like damn.. she really was thinking about me and missing my presence. I had to check the comments because shy girls are indeed their own category. They keep their feelings and thoughts to themselves and are usually aware enough to not show it in their body language most the time but you can catch them slipping at times because of the nervousness they're feeling.

Remembering from the archives, paying attention is a key factor in addition to the choosing signals. Recently, I came in contact during the summer months of 2023, with a female who is in law enforcement having met the second the time last week she was giving that smile; not giving it away. It’s very unusual for a chick to pay for a dude that she has zero interest in. Usually girls don’t want to spend a dime on someone they don’t see a future with. What patterns I learned this year so far with the smile thing is full blown smile = minimum high interest. Closed lip smile = mid interest, not worth your time or you can just use her as a conversation practice. Just know, they will be quite difficult, and make it solely about them. Frown? Honestly, this one is weird because I said hello to young ladies who gave me a full blown frown but I feel the heat in them after I walk pass them. Or they will be watching me work out, or want me to approach. I also had full blown frowns where I asked a question and they just straight up ignored me(rejected). I had this one young lady lose interest mid conversation, but my sexual energy started radiating as I was studying. She was sitting next to me, and came back to spark the conversation again or wanting just the D. I honestly thought I fumbled it but she came back 3 days later with her best friend quite excited to see me. Sexual energy, for me if I can make them comfortable while releasing my sexual energy. Its a double whammy for these women. It's like they go "he's cool/calm, I'm comfortable around him, and my body wants him." think about how many guys she has met that have that? Probably none or extremely extremely extremely rare.

What I never really understood is why do women give you one good sign that she likes you and then somewhat acts disinterested in you. You might see this woman frequently and let’s say she’ll smile at you and say HEY but that’s it. She’ll do this everyday but she won’t follow up with anything. She won’t be in your face asking you a thousand questions. I’m not even talking about a woman just being natural friendly. You legitimately believe there’s SOME interest there. I can’t be the only man that experienced that.

I think if a woman likes you she’d give multiple signs and make things easier for you. If I get ONE sign that MAYBE she might like me I don’t know how much work I wanna put into that off that alone. It always made me question why she would do that if she’s gonna act somewhat indifferent towards your presence.

I give a girl my number, she texts me, says she’s gotta boyfriend, and proceeds to text me. My assumption is she’s attention seeking. She’s five years younger than me. I’m 25. I’d like to add that I’m not really strung up on her or anything. We actually ran into each other randomly one day at a coffee shop and kicked it for about an hour just talking. It was actually quite nice, I made sure to be respectful of the situation. I’m not really into messing around like that. Anybody got any thoughts on my situation?
