I had an old neighbours face come to my mind one night while trying to fall asleep. I hadn’t thought about them in many years. The next day his granddaughter posted on FB that he had passed away. Another situation with the granddaughter…I dreamed we were hanging out on her porch and she was telling me she was pregnant with a little girl. I messaged her in real life after not speaking to her in years, only to find out it was true. She was pregnant with a little girl.

I started thinking of my ex, not even my recent ex but my very first ex, so randomly the last few days. I know now that he was a narcissist and have not had any contact for 6yrs now and thought I was over it, so the sudden thinking of him was so odd. This is true, whenever i have random thoughts about someone be it family, friends or long lost friends...they call or text and they tell me that they miss me or was wondering how i am doing. It goes both ways...when i think of someone and i call or text them,very often they tell me that they were just thinking of me or were just about to call/text. I have had my ex do the same, i used to have recurring dreams of him,i felt a strong presence of him. This was a year after we ended. Later few mutual friends of ours told me that he used to talk about how he missed me and took their help to get me back(i cut off all contact,i never went back). This was the exact period when i experienced those random thoughts, recurring dreams and presence.
