@@MattJoyce01 Damn. I mean practice surely can help, but then again i know how stressful it can be to practice something that really isn't working for you.
Thank your very much for this lesson: I want to write a song for my girfriend, but was struggling chosing chords which sound good together. Now I can do it.
C̶E̶O̶ O̶F̶ L̶O̶N̶E̶L̶I̶N̶E̶S̶ I̶N̶C̶.̶ oh I'm sorry bro but don't give up though, I'm sure someone will change your profile name to ceo of togetherness, cheers!
This is amazing. I went down a rabbit hole on your channel from the All Too Well video & just watched this one. In all my lessons, I never understood music theory. You’re a phenomenal teacher at truly breaking it down! Makes it exciting to finally understand after so long 💜thank you :)
I know it's been said a lot but these videos are so clear and helpful, thank you! Your theory videos really help with understanding the tutorial videos and means things start to click rather than just blindly following notes 🙏
Wonderful tutorial! This is more than just an exercise! I just discovered you can play a Beatles song ("Getting Better" from "Sgt. Pepper") with the first five chords of this progression. The chorus goes C-Dm-Em-F, followed by a G major chord for the verse. The original recording uses 2nd inversion chords. Can't believe how much fun it is! Thanks so much!
WOW!! truly exceptional there are only a few people who can turn what can be very complex concepts into "bite sized pieces" and make it so simple and easy to understand! Thank you so much
Can you do more videos on chords. I feel like i cant ever get enough info on them. Like how to know which complex chords go well together and what chords to use fir different moods/ generes. Thank you for making these videos! They're a Big help!!
Hi! I have been watching your tutorials and lessons and it really helped me improve in playing the piano as a beginner. If it is no trouble, can you do a video on modulating between scales and how to play the arpeggio between chords, sorry if the term is incorrect. Thank you so much!
@bitesize piano dear Francesca, as an adult beginner piano learner I value these lessons so much, would it be possible to make some videos with tips specifically for adults players? or are these lessons targeted at all kinds of piano players? thank you anyway for your amazing channel💝🌞🙂👍🌺😍
hey I wanna learn to play piano but don't have a piano so i'm tryna do it online. Why was the first chord C major then the second one was D minor and then E minor and it kept changing? I'm confused because you didn't use the black keys. I thought they were minors.??
This video you're commenting on is the chords that are formed using the notes of a scale. As explained in the tutorial, there is a mixture of major and minor chords - major scale notes don't just produce major chords!
