Great Video my man..! My son just bought an 06 KX250F for a Dad/Son rebuild project (it dropped a valve while running and engine condition unknown...) We will be watching your channels A LOT!! QUESTION: you said @28:45 "every time you split the case you should replace the Crank" really?? Im half expecting our crank to be bent but I hadnt planned on replacing it if it was OK... When's that video supposed to come out were you show us how to put the part together that you said was a real bitch ya I could use that vid right now I sorta messed it up while pulling it out. @@slight_bikelife should be, not positive though. I would google "2004 kx250f service manual" and you should be able to find a PDF file for your service manual that you can download for free. That is what I normally do every time I work on a bike.
