HOW TO LACE AIR FORCE ONES LOW (Avoid Heel Slipage) 

I bought a pair and I didn’t realize how big the bottom part looks in person I fill like I’m wearing sum high heels 😂

Tip: If you have a wide foot (like myself) don’t go down a full size for the loose method or the side of your feet gonna be screaming so go down only half a size. For example I wear a size 10 so I would go down to a 9.5. Also, If you have a wide foot and want to do this with jordan’s the only ones you should go a half size down would be 1s, 2s, 3s, 4s, and 5s since they aren’t narrow in the toe. Please do your research on sizing before purchasing any shoe, nike provides fitting recommendations, you can look up sizing information, or look at reviews.

I got new forces for school and i went a half size down i really liked the looks of loose bar lacing but when i got to school I quickly relized they was fallin off 💀 anyways this vid really helped ❤️

I probably could have got away with ordering a half size smaller, I'm a size 8. Had a bit of heel slip going on but this video helped a lot, now I laced them tightly enough that I don't feel like I'm sliding around anymore 👍 I don't mind a little extra room around the toes lol

I LOVE YOU. I had to get a new size of af1s and the other ones I had since elementary (im in middle) and since we switch classes every 50 mins. I aint wanna be creasing dem and walking weird. And now that I did this they have no creases and I walk normal💗. Especially when Im going to 2nd period I have to go to the other end of the building and my school is huge. And ppl walk slow .

Forces are like my arch enemy because one of my feet is bigger than the other so if i go a size 9 one heel will be slipping the other one wont and if i go half a size down my bigger foot will be dying

Guys, I've a issue and need ur help! My shoe size is usually a 30cm insole wich in nike air force 1 it would be a size 12. I wear 11 on chuck taylor 70 high top. I live in Brazil and at Nike Brazil website they don't sell size 11.5, only 11 wich is 29cm insole! My feet lenght is 28cm and my foot are wide. What size should I get? 11 or 12? I'm scared to get 11 and be tight since it's important to have 0.5 to 0.7 inches extra room space for comfort
