listen, the intention behind the video is appreciated, BUT, this video is completely USELESS.... thats because 99% of the people that are going to be watching the video do not have a sheeting machine that rolls out the dough for them. If you really want to put out a video that is actually helpful, then you NEED to make a video showing how it is done 100% by hand. And the video also needs to have some commentary explaining what they are doing and why its being done. and not sped up at all like this video was. This is literally the worst video I have ever seen that is a "how to" titled video......
