Devlin, these interviews, with ID’s in the field, are so helpful as I find confidence as I learn about other peoples journeys. Thanks.

I learned the importance of paying attention to tailoring your resume to have words that will get passed automatic systems, considering the fact that companies get hundreds of applicants a day. Changing a few synonymous words in order to get in the door is such a great tip.

Finding a new job and making the transition is a full time job in itself! I’m impressed by how much effort Ivan put into making that switch.

This is so helpful! Delvin, thank you so much, I appreciate everything you are doing for the ID world! Being someone who just starts her way in ID and finding all your resources is a lot of not only professional but also emotional support!

Devlin, your channel is so helpful in getting into ID, how to prepare, what to expect, etc. I’m preparing for an interview in two days and your videos are amazing. I also have sent a connection request to Ivan and hopefully can get connected to him and more other experienced IDs out there in the fiend and get the career transition process going. Thank you thank you.

I really enjoyed this video. It is refreshing to hear from my experts with actionable items as opposed to banal imperatives and meaningless cliches. I certainly agree: personalized messages are sure to lead to more promising results over impersonal/transactional requests.

Hi Devlin, new to the channel and new to the ID world. Appreciate the content! Keep up the great work. Going back and forth whether to pursue a Phd or learn ID from those within the field such as yourself.

@@DevlinPeckYT Appreciate the response. I have a passion for higher Ed, for students, teaching and the learning process. I have 10 plus experience in social work and have taught a few years as an adjunct in the social sciences. I have an MA in anthropology. Not sure what would be best whether a PhD in something which intersects higher Ed, social sciences and tech or the route of a self taught ID.

Good suggestion! We did a session with Cathy Moore where we built an action map, but actually getting into the scenario design sounds fun :)
