I’ve been doing Project Management “unofficially” for years without the title or certification, through various leadership and coordination roles. After researching and studying Scrum, I also feel as though this style aligns more with me as a professional. I do feel as though Agile Scrum is a great concept, I really enjoy learning about it officially.

I love how you keep it simple and get to the point. I just recently got SCRUM certified. Looking to transition to SCRUM master position from retail bank management for exactly the same reason you stated- agile principles and values fit with my personality and by default I am a SCRUM master. Hello Karen! I just passed my CSM certification exam and passed excellently. I thought to share this with you because I have been following you and learning a lot from your channel. I thank you for sharing your knowledge and teaching others. Following your advice, step 3 is to drop your application. My next step is applying for jobs out there. However, I must be courageous to note that I am new to the Agile space. Like you, the Agile principles and Scrum values align well with who I am. It seems that there are more jobs for project managers than scrum masters these days and most jobs now, whether in the job title or the list of duties you will see clearly that it's a blend of both PM and CSM duties. Many companies now want to get a one for two deal...

I work in a non tech role but project management. I am doing all of these EXCEPT rolling some scrum practices out in my current role. All members on my team have been there 25 or more years. Thanks for the video! Had a motivation to find my scrum master job. I have past 7 years of experience as Project delivery manager and few months as PMO. However have completed Agile scrum master certification and have been looking for my first job as scrum master. Why- I would like to become scrum master because of the coordinating, understanding, resolving, analyzing skills of me. Resume gets selected for scrum role but expects for min 2-5 years of experience in scrum. Can you 1. be my mentor or suggest a mentor , 2. Also provide links to join agile community groups. and support me to get my first job as Scrum master please?
