Don’t be saying “ I’m probably not gonna look like him when I do these moves and your probably not gonna look like him when y’all do these moves”😐 bro it’s dedication and the goal isn’t to look like him it’s to be better then him remember that
Hey bro, I grew up on you videos. Your videos and programs have helped me make it into my varsity basketball team, I just want to say thank you!!! You deserve a lot more 🙏🏾❤️
I wish coach would upload all his old breakdown videos and just crop the ilovebballtv logo. I learned SOOO much from those. Hooping all my life. Learned GREAT defense with Rock and Josh in 15 min clip. Studied for a few months. Lockdown d as of today
When practicing should I dedicate a certain day to certain aspects of my game? Like one day for hardcore handles practice, shooting, etc... or should I try and do a mini workout that covers a little of everything
Im not a coach but here's my two cents. You should do everything everytime you practice. Dribbling, shooting and layup packages, and defensive drills. The things that are the most challenging should get the most repetition and the inverse is true as well. So if you don't generally miss layups don't spend and hour doing layup drills. If you can't finish with your left, use your practice time to get to where you can. Don't shortcut yourself
Coach rocky when I was testing my strengths and weaknesses I found out I’m a shooter not a lockdown I made the wrost mistake in tryouts acting like a lockdown but I suck at defense and this is the second time I got cut and im a jr
@@zachbaquiran7796 ok thanks man I’ll try to do that like I ready got crossed up once or more but I’m still a shooter because I been doing it for so long
