Should it not be قَصَرَتْ rather than قَصُرَتْ as it came with the preposition عن? This is according to Hans Wehr..

شكراً يا أستاذ محمد على نقطة الحكمة هذه! نحتاج إلى مزيد من التدريس مثل هذا. عندي ثلاث أسئلة: 1) هل صجيج أننا بححاجة إلى معرفة 10،000 كلمة تقريباً للقراءة بدون أي قاموس؟ 2) هل من الممكن تعليمها في غضون سنتين؟ 3) وكم ساعة تستغرق هذه الدراسة كل يوم؟
