I would like to make a suggestion please. I would have liked to see the combined movements end with music and the steps to have an overall feel for the dance. Thank you very much. Loved it.
Great, clear instruction style! Two challenges: You need to repeat the step sequence after putting it together, twice. Demonstrate the entire sequence with music at the end, then repeat twice so students can get the feeling of it into the brain-body connection. Adding these elements would make it truly excellent! Your approach (break it down to the basic steps) to teach fundamental moves it what master teachers do. It then allows building style and choreography on top. I’ve been a student and performer of dance (many styles) for over 40 years. I don’t give compliments easily, nor take the time to comment, I just thought you have exceptional style and capacity as a teacher. 😊
I love this! my husband is Indo-Fijian so we go to a lot of weddings. I'm usually the only woman there who is not of Indian descent so it will be awesome to join in like a natural. yay! shukriya!!

My brother is marrying an Indian girl (from Gujarat) in a couple of months and I am desperate to learn some (male) Indian dance moves. The wedding is gonna be three days, basically, and I don't think my white-boy cwalk or rave skillz are gonna cut in. Can anybody recommend a good how-to guide for men that want to learn Indian dance moves?
